Old Business
Representative Council: Clerk Reynolds received a letter from the Faith & Practice Review Committee, proposing five changes to Faith & Practice. Pastor Dwight will email the letter to the church’s database and copies will be left in the back of the sanctuary. Contact Pastor Dwight or Alan Hunt with questions.

New Business
Locked Closet: The USFW closet has been locked for years and still has quilting materials in it. The storage is needed for the Free Meal Ministry, Trustees, etc. It was approved that Clerk Reynolds will meet with Ruth Hunt and Tracy Bailey to ensure the material is put to good use.

Nursery Needs: Debbie Hahn and Donna Overman were given approval to begin raising funds to buy new items for the nursery (cribs, changing table, swing, toys). The current Free Meal storage area will also be moved so the space can again be used as a sleeping area.

VBS Announcement: Kelli Hunt will be directing this year’s VBS, “Wilderness Escape with Moses.” An assistant director is still needed who will then direct the 2015 VBS program.
