Amboy Friends’ Vacation Bible School project for 2011 was Kids for Kids in Kenya. Friends Theological College in Kaimosi, Kenya, recently announced that it has raised more than $20,000 toward the project. The staff has started buying goats and preparing a home for the animals. Keep praying for this ministry as workers hope to have goat milk for sale very soon.
This project has come at just the right time for a staff member and his wife who have just “inherited” a 3-month-old child after the death of a sister-in-law from AIDS. This baby’s chances of survival will be greatly increased with the fresh goat milk. Thanks for your help with this project through VBS and Friends United Meeting!
