Do you hear the applause? It is the entire community of heaven cheering us on as we continue to feed people around us. During the last Free Meal, 201 meals were distributed. When combined with the special meals held during flood relief, the grand total is 516 meals in little over a week.
The next Free Meal Ministry will be Sunday, May 26, with a menu of grilled chicken, baked beans, chips, applesauce, and brownies. This meal was a popular one last year, so plan on joining us for the good food and fellowship.
The flood relief efforts wiped out the Free Stuff table, so please consider donating paper goods, laundry detergent, fabric softener, cleaning supplies, and canned foods. Let’s follow the Lord’s leading, and as the waters recede, the time has come for hope to flood in!
