God continues to faithfully provide for the Free Meal Ministry. Nearly 190 chicken and noodle dinners were served in April, and more than 300 items were given away as part of the Food Pantry project. Thank you to all who served in any way—greeting at the door, organizing and distributing food pantry items, cooking, serving and delivering meals, or putting away tables and chairs. Volunteers continue to be the heart and soul of this amazing ministry.
Specific Food Pantry items needed include: chicken and noodle soup (regular and family size), jelly, canned pasta meals, paper towels, laundry soap, liquid softener, trash bags, and household cleaner. However, all donations are accepted.
Please continue to pray for the Free Meal Ministry as preparations are made for the May 25 meal. The menu will be grilled chicken, coleslaw, beans, rolls, and dessert. We hope to see you there!
