Old Business
Church Repairs: Clerk Reynolds announced that a second handrail has been installed at the southwest basement entrance and that a contractor will be working on extending the handrail on the east stairs inside the sanctuary. Hopefully this will draw more attention to the steps.

IYM Budget: Indiana Yearly Meeting representatives Alan and Karen Hunt said faith pledges are needed to help meet the 2015 budget. The Meeting was asked to cover this need in prayer.

Piano Humidifier: A total of $200 has been donated toward the purchase of a $600 piano humidifier. The humidifier is scheduled to be installed in November and should eliminate one tuning session per year. Clerk Reynolds will remind the congregation of the need for donations, and the Living Memorial fund will cover the remaining balance, if needed.

New Business
Library Committee: The mention of tapes and the need for a yearly report will be removed.

Music Committee: Several adjustments were noted, and the need for an annual report will be removed. Clerk Reynolds will ask the committee about additional changes to the guidebook.

Thank You: Trustee Tom Dubois publicly thanked Deloris Renbarger for a $5,000 donation that helped repair the plaster and paint the sanctuary. This project is complete and looks great.
